Job Description:

• 15 + years of Experience
• Technology Leadership experience (70%)–
• Expertise in Microsoft stack, Must be strong in Semantic UI, Full stack of Microsoft including legacy frameworks of Microsoft.
• ASP.Net 2.0 to latest, MVC 2.0 to latest, C# 2.0 to latest
• Experience in UI frameworks and libraries like Angular, React.js , ASP.Net, MVC,  Node.js, KnockOut, Kendo, Ember.js
• Experience in ORM Frameworks, dependency injection tools, logging tools, profiling, diagnostic and instrumentation tools, distribute source control systems, Architecture tools Visio, Enterprise Architect
• Experience in development of web interfaces such as REST APIs and services.
• Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSIS and Data Warehouse concepts
• To work with Enterprise Architect and CTO office team in brainstorming new technologies or solutions to help address the stability, performance of the application/product.
• Suggest the technical direction and be the design reviewer for all critical feature changes to the application/product.
• Review the code and suggest alternatives wherever required
• Act as internal product owner to identify the scope / scope creep and make appropriate decisions to continue the delivery without impediments.
• Program Management experience (30%)–
• Manage changes and raise risks to management and stake holders on time
• Leading the team with vision, motivating them and directing them
• Own the Roadmap planning process and capacity management along with PMOs.
• Ability to handle hybrid methodologies of project/product life cycle including Waterfall and Agile.
• Understanding Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, procedures and best practices to manage and improve the product quality.
• Client/BU engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Maintain relationship with internal BU and Onshore BU heads
• Ensuring the status of deliverables are communicated on regular frequency.
• Collecting feedback by regular engagement with Business Unit head
• Accountable to manage the expectation of BU heads.
• Healthcare knowledge
• Experience with Healthcare related products or services, especially on Claims Management is desired.
