Additional Advantage: Experience in any cloud preferrably AWS,Azure

Experience in Database – Postgresql

Job description:
·  Experience managing projects as a Technical Lead for a SAAS company or a services organization with a proven track record of delivering high quality service to the customers
·  Expertise in one or more of these technologies: AWS, Databases like Postgres, Cloud computation
·  Expert programming skills (preferably Python) with strong analytical skills and proven experience in troubleshooting
·  Curiosity to constantly learn and the ability to come up with new ideas for products and processes
·  Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
·  Experience in handling customer escalations while remaining calm under pressure
·  Proven desire and ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines to the best of his/her ability
